System description
Power
The device is powered by regular LPG and compressed dry air (6 bar at inlet – 600 litre/minute or more).
Air comes into the machine after going through the regulating filter supplied; then, it is fed to the gun through the specific pneumatic pipes:
- The LPG/compressed air mix flow can be adjusted by means of the belt regulator so as to fit the flame to the task to be performed
- The coating powder air jet can be adjusted by means of the belt regulator so as to increase or reduce the quantity of powder delivered
- Air to control the powder ON/OFF switch on the gun
Application Guns
The three guns (standard, high-flow, small) are fully interchangeable

Small gun with cold air supply via Vortex system in the following versions:
- Small straight gun with aluminium hand-grip and trigger
- Small straight gun with straight aluminium hand-grip and powder control switch
- Small 90° gun
- Small 45° gun for coating hard-to-reach areas or confined spaces
Accessori
- Infrared PYROMETER with laser pointer to remotely check at all times the preheating temperature and the coating temperature of the object being treated
- Quanix THICKNESS GAUGES: non-destructive gauges to measure the thickness of coatings on either ferrous or non-ferrous substrates
- PREHEATING AUXILIARY SYSTEMS, useful for coatings on particularly thick structures or in extremely cold weather conditions
